Josh Brown, the Senior Pastor of Remnant Community Church, felt the call to Ministry at the age of 17, delivering his initial sermon that very year. He has since been Licensed in 2002 and Ordained in 2005, receiving 12 years of Ministry and Leadership training under Apostles James and Gloria Smith. Throughout his journey, he has served in various roles, including Associate Minister, Youth Leader, Outreach Leader, Usher, and Technical Advisor. Pastor Josh's passion lies in leading the lost to Jesus and advocating for a lifestyle of holiness and exemplary behavior. He is deeply committed to teaching believers the principles of Jesus Christ through practical, relevant, and creative means.
Daisy Brown, the Co-Pastor of Remnant Community Church, found her calling at the age of 20 in Jacksonville, Florida, where she dedicated her life to the Lord under the guidance of Pastor R.J. Washington at Titus Harvest Center. After relocating to Lexington, KY in 1994, she became an integral part of Greater New Hope Christian Center, serving under Apostles James & Gloria Smith. Daisy's ministerial journey includes preaching her trial sermon in 1996, being licensed as a minister in 1997, and ordained in 1999. With over 13 years of leadership and pastoral training, she has faithfully fulfilled various roles within the church, including Sunday school teacher, Outreach Leader, Juvenile Detention Minister, Pastor Aide Leader, Youth Leader, and Tribe of Judah Dance Ministry Leader.
